Description: Driver of taxi SH9220E stopped in the middle of the road just to make a reckless and inconsiderate act to turn right into Marina View heading towards One Raffles Quay and The Sail. Vehicles behind him had to come to a sudden stop and an uncle on a motorbike almost crashed into his vehicle and luckily managed to stop just in time.
