Driver doesn’t slow down and stop at red light in wet weather when pedestrians already crossing, has to jam brake and swerve hard coming within centimeters of running over 5 pedestrians including children.
Happened along Ang Mo Kio Ave 6 just outside Castle Green condo on 15-12-2022.
